DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THE ORIGINAL VALID STANDARD: 24.06.1987.
UTILIZATION: Dog racing, hound.
CLASSIFICATION FCI: Group 10 Sighthounds. Section 3 Short-haired greyhounds. Without working trial.
GENERAL APPEARANCE: Balanced combination of muscular power and strength with elegance and grace of outline. Built for speed and performance. All forms of exaggeration should be avoided.
BEHAVIOUR / TEMPERAMENT (ESSENCE): An ideal companion. In highly adaptable in domestic and sporting surroundings. Gentle, affectionate, even disposition.
HEAD / CRANIAL
Skull: Long and lean, flat on top, tapering towards the muzzle, rather wide between the eyes.
STOP: Easy.
FACIAL
Nose: black, blue dogs are allowed in a blue nose and liver colored dogs is a liver-colored nose is admissible in white or parti a butterfly nose.
Jaws / Teeth: Strong, powerful and clean cut, with a perfect, regular and complete scissor bite, ie upper incisors overlap the lower teeth and set square to close the jaws.

COLOUR: Any color or mixture.

Females: 44 - 47 cm.
FAULTS: Any departure from the foregoing points should be considered a fault and should be in exact proportion to its degree.
NB: Male animals should have two apparently normal testicles are fully descended into the scrotum.
